Prescriptions and Refills

Requests for prescription refills will now be accepted from the pharmacy of your choice via a dedicated fax number. You can call the pharmacy directly whenever you need a refill.

Contact your pharmacist of choice. Indicate to them your refill request, ask them to fax this request to our office at the following fax number: Dr. Heather Christianson 996-6658, Dr. Jennifer Tegethoff 996-6660, or Kim Kee, CNP 996-3385.

This does not include controlled drug refills such as ADD medications. These prescription refills need to be picked up at the clinic and brought to your pharmacy or you may request that we mail them to your pharmacy.
